When the late Dr. Dickson Despommier, Dr. Daniel Griffin, and Dr. Charles Knirsch founded Parasites Without Borders, their goal was to supplement global medical education resources, with the belief that through educating students, clinicians, and parasitologists and with vigilant commitment, they could improve the lives of hundreds of millions of less fortunate individuals by helping them live longer and lead more productive lives.
