There are insufficient data to recommend either for or against the use of any antiviral or immunomodulatory therapy in patients with COVID-19 who have mild, moderate, severe, or critical illness<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jvi.asm.org\/content\/early\/2020\/04\/16\/JVI.00510-20.long\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Human leukocyte antigen susceptibility map for SARS-CoV-2<\/a>\n<\/strong><em>Authors execute a comprehensive in silico analysis of viral peptide-MHC class I binding affinity across 145 HLA -A, -B, and -C genotypes for all SARS-CoV-2 peptides.&nbsp;HLA-B*46:01 had the fewest predicted binding peptides for SARS-CoV-2, suggesting individuals with this allele may be particularly vulnerable to COVID-19, as they were previously shown to be for SARS.
