Infectious Disease Puscast Celebrates 100th Episode

The Infectious Disease Puscast is celebrating a major milestone – Dr. Daniel Griffin (MD, Ph.D. CTropMed CTH) and Dr. Sara Dong (Ph.D.) have reached 100 episodes of the popular podcast. A reboot of Puscast, a podcast by Infectious Disease Specialist Mark Crislip, the Infectious Disease Puscast is a bi-monthly review of the most recent infectious disease literature, distilled for time and clarity and designed to fit into the busy lives of practicing clinicians, healthcare professionals, students, and anyone interested in staying up-to-date on the infectious disease literature. It is produced by MicrobeTV.

“It’s a really wonderful moment, to start the podcast by recognizing the 100th episode,” says Dr. Daniel Griffin, President of Parasites Without Borders and co-host of the Infectious Disease Puscast. “Education is powerful, and our goal is to provide a concise review of the newest studies, methods, and more that fit into the lives of professionals. Medicine and research are constantly evolving, and we want the information to be easily accessible for those in a position to make a difference.”

The joy at reaching the 100th episode of Infectious Disease Puscast is evident in the voices of Dr. Dong, Dr. Griffin, and MicrobeTV’s Vincent Racaniello. Recorded on Friday, February 13, the 100th episode features discussions on an array of fascinating topics:
